  1. Various keys on the Amiga keyboard have been programmed to generate

  12.     1 2 3  These numeric keys allow you to change the loudness of the
  13.     0      notes being played as well as the octaves being played. Read
  14.            the help text for these numeric keys if you would like more
  15.            information.

  17. Note:   The ESC key will cause an "All Notes Off" command to be sent
  18.         out on all sixteen (16) MIDI channels.  Use the ESC key to
  19.         turn off hanging notes.
